Notes:
Short lead on LED is cathode and should go to ground
Two resistors are provided, 620 ohm for 12 vdc, 1200 for 24 vdc
Audio jack is stereo, I wired mine that way, I used a 600 ohm resistor to decrease the volume, this is optional
